About the program

Primavera P6 PPM is a widely used Enterprise Solution for project scheduling and tracking across the industries. However due to lack of proper training and knowledge about the capabilities of Primavera P6, only a small proportion of Project Management community use this tool to its full extend.

This workshop is designed for project managers/project schedulers to use Primavera P6 for effective scheduling, monitoring and controlling the projects.


This course will provide the knowledge and skills to prepare realistic and maintainable project plans and techniques to control and monitor projects more efficiently throughout the lifecycle of the project.
16 hours of practical workshop on Primavera
Tea, Coffee, Lunch all taken care of (for training in physical classroom).

Preparing Work Breakdown Structure
Setting up User and admin preferences
Identify which resources are free and which are over allocated
Optimizing schedule and resources
