About the program
PRINCE2 (an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a de facto process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is firmly established as the world’s most practiced method for project management and is globally recognized for delivering successful projects. It is spread over 160 countries globally. Used extensively by the UK Government, PRINCE2 is also widely recognized and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
Through this workshop, you will learn about the Principles, Themes and Practices as detailed in the PRINCE2® model. The Practice tests will prepare you to take the Foundation and Practitioner certification examinations.

Mahesh has worked on large projects with banks and financial institutions from India, USA, UK, Malaysia, Singapore and KSA.
Passionate about Program and Project Management, Mahesh works to prepare the young and aspiring talent to develop into efficient project managers. He coaches project managers to adopt the best practices and drive the productivity and higher success rates on their own projects.

There are three levels of PRINCE2 certification: Foundation, Practitioner and Professional, which are aimed at project managers and those who are involved throughout planning and delivering projects.
