Registration

Registration to attend a training program will be considered complete when….

1. Full payment of the training fee is made along with full details of the candidates at least two days in advance and in any case before the start date of the training.
2. Registration is explicitly acknowledged by pmwares via email.
3. In case payment is made by a cheque, the registration will be confirmed only after realization of the cheque. In case cheque is return by the bank for any reason, candidate will be allowed two days to make the payment to confirm the registration. Rs.500/- will be charged for each returned cheque.

Payment default/Lack of payment

In case payment default occurs after starting the training/program or candidate fail to make full payment, pmwares has the right to bar the candidate from all future training sessions. In this case, pmwares also has the right to hold the certificate of training until payment is made.

Cancellations/Reschedules done by Candidate

1. If a candidate cancels his/her registration within 24 hours of registration, he/she would be offered a full refund after deduction of 5% as administrative expenses which include payment gateway, banking and transaction charges.
2. If cancellation is received less than 7 days to the training, no refund will be offered. As a courtesy, we may allow you to attend similar training in future within 3 months of the cancellation date.
3. If cancellation is received 1 to 3 days prior to the training date, no refund will be offered however we may allow to use 50% of the fee to attend the similar training in future within 3 months of date of cancellation.
4. In case of no show without any prior intimation, the whole fee will be forfeited.
5. If a candidate cannot attend a training due to personal reason, he/she can request for a rescheduling. If a reschedule request is received 7 or more days prior to the training start date, no rescheduling charges will be applicable. We will enroll the candidate in a similar training in future at no cost.
6. If a rescheduling request is received in less than 7 days prior to the training start date, Rs.2,000/- will be levied as rescheduling fee for every rescheduling request.

Cancellations/Reschedules Done By pmwares

pmwares reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training program or a training session at any time due to trainer’s illness, weather condition, insufficient enrollment or any other unforeseen circumstances.

1. In case pmwares cancel a training program due to any of the reason stated above, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternate arrangements to provide you the training. Candidate has the option to attend the rescheduled program or enroll for a similar program at any other date or request to refund the fee.
2. In case pmwares reschedule a training program due to any of the reason stated above, candidate has the option to attend the rescheduled program or enroll for a similar program at any other date or request to refund the fee.
3. In case the candidate requests for a refund, we will process the refund within 10 days of request.
