Paper Based Test for PMP Exam (PBT) in Pune in Sep & Oct, 2015
Once again PMI India has announced Paper Based Test for PMP Exam (PBT) in Pune .The schedule is as below
Exam 1: September, 2015
Date: 12th September, 2015 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Last date for Registration: 8th August, 2015
Exam 2: October, 2015
Date: 10th October, 2015 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Last date for Registration: 4th September, 2015
PMP Aspirants must note that there is no Promatric centre in Pune and they need to travel to Mumbai to give computer based exam. It is expected that PBT will reduce travel and hardship to the professionals in Pune.
I met candidates who took Paper Based Test in recent past and they were happy with the overall process. It takes 10 days to provide the results of the exam.
PMP Aspirant should also note that the fee for PBT is only $250 for PMI Members and $400 for non-members. The fee for Computer Based Test (CBT) is $405 for members and $555 for non-members. So by taking PBT, they can have significant saving.
